Kirsten Miller, Compliance Manager at Uber, says one of her most interesting tasks was launching a new market in Hobart, Australia. They had no data for the market and had to rely on information from similar markets. “You’re taking data that’s incomplete, not perfect for that market and you’re trying to use that to apply it to something new,” Miller says. Use the data you have to make educated decisions without hindering your ability to make changes as needed.
