Mickey Moore, CEO of Tomo Drug Testing, discusses some effects of the company’s growth that have been simultaneously encouraging and challenging. Moore says in a growing company, you have to learn to delegate, which can be challenging because you don’t want to let go of certain areas. Moore also says each company is unique and no single strategy will work for everyone. While he believes there are fundamental business concepts and strategies, “what one company does, doesn’t mean it will necessarily work in another,” says Moore.
