The ownership and leadership have switched up at Springfield-based property management company Entrust Property Solutions LLC.
CEO Brent Brown said he sold a 25% stake in the business to Entrust leaders Amanda Hall, Kailey Mock, Aimee Earl, Nikki Lintz and Evan Williams for undisclosed terms. Brown, who retains ownership of the remainder of the company, said the deal was conducted in phases last year.
“Good business is about sustainability and a solid succession plan. These incredible people are the future,” Brown said in a news release announcing the deal this morning.
Brown said the team would have the opportunity to buy more equity in Entrust, with a goal of eventually buying him out. A timeline has not been set, he said.
Hall has been promoted to president in addition to her role as chief operations officer, according to the release. Entrust additionally promoted Mock to chief financial officer and executive vice president from vice president of finance.
Founded in 2016, the roughly 50-employee firm manages housing developments, RV parks, storage facilities, strip centers, office buildings and homeowners’ associations, and Brown said Entrust’s portfolio represents some $23 million in annual rent revenue.
