A local couple who earlier this year signed a franchise deal with a Florida medical spa startup are expanding on their plans.

Travis and Rhonda Little penned a new deal with anti-aging and longevity services company Serotonin Centers to bring three locations to northwest Arkansas, according to a news release.

"Expanding Serotonin into Arkansas will give accessible and elite anti-aging services to even more people looking for guidance on their path toward a better life," Travis Little said in the release. "This region is a unique area, and we feel it's more than ready for this step for a healthier future."

In May, Serotonin Centers announced a deal through which the Littles intend to launch five Missouri medical spas, including two in Springfield, according to past reporting. Exact locations have not been disclosed.

In Arkansas, the Littles plan to open their first Serotonin Centers medical spa by fall 2024, according to the release.

Southwest Missouri natives, the Littles have experience in the dairy and construction industries.

Serotonin Centers focuses on anti-aging and longevity services, such as hormone restoration, aesthetic enhancement, weight control and immunity recovery therapies, according to past reporting. Services included are IV therapy, Botox treatment, exercise and nutrition guidance, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and muscle development.

The company's website lists a one-time franchise fee of $59,000, with 6% royalty payments and an estimated initial investment of up to $1.3 million.
