“We’re trying to think through what does a Turkish-inspired, American Diner look like? From the look and feel to the wall decor, how do we envision this?” asks Dustin Myers. Myers and Jeremy Wells, co-owners of Longitude Branding Agency, recently walked through the former Springfield Diner to decide how to implement their designs into the diner’s interior. Myers says re-envisioning the interior on their budget will be challenging. Ömer Önder, who owns the diner says though new exterior signage is expensive, it’s critical because it gives a customer their first impression.
