Managing a Remote Team has Unique Challenges

“The challenging thing that I found with a team is ensuring engagement. That is really difficult,” says Angela Frantz with Ultimate Software. Employees also miss out on social interaction such as birthday celebrations. Frantz says it can be difficult to find ways to motivate remote team members.
