Nonprofit Work Tough but Rewarding

“I don’t feel like I go to work. I legitimately look forward to going to work every day, can’t wait to get in my car and get there and start working with the guys,” says Michael Buttacy, Executive Director of Ozarks Teen Challenge. Buttacy says he left a banking career because he felt called to work in a nonprofit. He says you have to be passionate about your work because the nonprofit world is tough but fun. Buttacy is a Springfield Business Journal 2019 40 Under 40 honoree.
