Mickey Moore, CEO of Tomo Drug Testing, says he sees a tremendous amount of loyalty in his employees. “… sometimes with that loyalty also came outgrowing some of our existing staff’s capabilities,” says Moore. With Tomo Drug Testing tripling in size over a two year period, Moore says the pace of growth outpaced their ability to train the team they had in place. “Fortunately, in most cases, we’ve been able to offer or find other opportunities within the company for those team members,” Moore says. Tomo uses this as a learning experience and strives to grow in a proactive fashion by continuing to develop their existing team.
