Springfield managed service provider Pearson-Kelly Technology has conducted an acquisition.
The company today closed on the purchase of Rogers, Arkansas-based Digital Printing Solutions. The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed in a news release.
DPS' Rogers office has become Pearson-Kelly's third location through the deal, in addition to its Springfield headquarters and Joplin facility.
“I could not be more excited to watch Pearson-Kelly grow and serve the businesses of northwest Arkansas," Pearson-Kelly CEO Chelsey Bode said in the release. "With PKT's commitment to pioneering tech solutions and DPS' mastery in print management, our organizations are united with the goal to bring exceptional service to businesses in Missouri and Arkansas."
Pearson-Kelly ranked No. 4 and No. 3 on Springfield Business Journal's lists this year of the area's largest information technology companies and area's largest office equipment dealers, respectively. For the lists published in February, Pearson-Kelly reported 42 employees and 45 accounts served locally.
