Chasing Dreams

Jason Pritchett, lead singer of Branson-based country band Steel Horses, talks about what it takes to make it in the music business. He compares building a band's brand to that of building a business's brand. He suggests finding your own identity and pushing that consistently, creating a loyal following that believes in you, and always being bold and frank. He also addresses the common misconception that being a touring musician is all fun and games. The reality is that lots of time is spent away from loved ones. He says it's worth it in the end when fans come away from a performance happy.
