Gym chain 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide Inc. is considering filing for bankruptcy, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
One of the sources said the company is seeking a bankruptcy loan of as much as $200 million.
The company reportedly has more than $1.3 billion in debt.
