Am I required to e-file an OSHA 300A injury and illness summary log and when can I do so?

OSHA will open the Injury Tracking Application website for businesses with 20-249 employees from January 2nd, 2021 to March 2, 2021. Mailed paper forms are not accepted. Businesses with fewer than 20 total employees in 2020 should still complete the paper 300A form and post it from February 1 to April 30. Not all industries are required to submit this document. Check OSHA.gov to see if you are exempt or contact Summit Safety Group if you need guidance.

Jake served as a field safety manager for multiple Harris locations throughout the country until purchasing Summit Safety Group in early 2014.
