Changing Careers Means More Family Time

Joe Shearrer, accountant at Spectrum Accounting, says he had to travel extensively when he worked in the insurance industry. Shearrer decided to switch careers to spend more time at home with his family. Though he still works late during tax season, Shearrer says the career change gives him more time to dedicate to his family and his community.
