A division of Green Street Real Estate Ventures on Monday announced it agreed to buy St. Louis-based O'Toole Design Associates.
O'Toole is slated to become part of a Green Street division that focuses on new mixed-use, multifamily and hospitality projects.
O'Toole previously provided design work for Green Street's new headquarters in The Grove, where the company is relocating this fall from Clayton.
