It hasn’t always been that way. We feel like it needs to be shifted back to the way it used to be where it’s more of a one-on-one between the health care providers and the people who need care.”

While Hall recognizes the need for insurance in certain circumstances, like catastrophic care for instance, he also believes that insurance companies have become so entrenched in the health care industry that costs have spun out of control for the average individual or business. 

The mission of Faith Immediate Care is to change the current model by cutting out the middleman, the insurance company. “I’ve run several different businesses and anytime you can cut someone or something that is not integral or adding to the services provided, you do it,” says Hall. 

Faith Immediate Care charges a low monthly membership fee and each service has a flat fee that the member is made aware of before any service is provided. In addition to being able to provide services to individuals and families, Faith Immediate Care can also help provide coverage to businesses of any size. Companies that may be struggling with laws that necessitate providing insurance for their employees could see a significant cost reduction in choosing a clinic like Faith. 

“I saw a way to maybe help change things. We can help a lot of folks, not just in the services we provide but we also want to show that this model works. You don’t have to spend $700 a month on insurance with an $8000 deductible,” says Hall.
