Jamie Kinkeade, owner of The Studio and The MVMNT, says if you’re thinking about fitness, just do it. Some people say if you only have fifteen minutes, it isn’t worth it, Kinkeade disagrees. “Think about the quality of life you want to have from this point forward,” Kinkeade says. She recommends picturing your ideal life and how you want to live. Use that as motivation to exercise. Movement is medicine.
