The former Sprint Corp. campus in Overland Park added three new office tenants.
Campus owner Occidental Management Inc. signed home health care provider Kindred at Home, online marketing firm Inside Response and senior care company A Place for Mom.
Occidental bought the 190-acre campus last year for more than $250 million.
