The Kansas City Marriott Downtown is now under new ownership.
Investment firm Highline Hospitality Partners purchased the 970-room property for undisclosed terms. However, Highline reportedly obtained a $72.3 million loan as part of the transaction.
The hotel is the largest in Kansas City by unit count.
