Lifestyle and wellness support through concierge service

Posted online

TLC Properties has partnered with Phoenix Home Care to provide a program called SOAR to residents of their 55+ living communities. SOAR is a convenience concierge service with the goal of providing sophisticated lifestyle and wellness support. Services available include housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, personal health care, grocery shopping, help with grooming and bathing, pet care assistance and more. Residents can opt in for one service or multiple services.
“This partnership rounds out the experience of living in a TLC Properties 55+ community and allows residents to be able to age in place by providing those services which start to become a little more difficult for some folks as we age,” said Lance Lloyd, brand ambassador for TLC Properties and Coryell Collaborative Group.

“We’re always trying to be innovative, not only in the types of apartment homes that we offer but also in the services that we offer,” said Lloyd. “We really want to be that one stop shop for everything you need for apartment living. We want to provide unrivaled services as our residents need them. We always want to stay a step above what everyone else is doing in the multifamily sector.”

TLC Properties operates luxury multi-family properties for the 55+ demographic in Springfield, Joplin, Wichita, KS, and Rogers, AR, including Black Rock, Tera Vera, Coryell Commons, Monarch, Promenade Commons and Veranda Vistas. TLC Properties 55+ community floor plans offer modern appliances and timeless décor. Residents are encouraged to stay active with senior-friendly fitness centers, saltwater pools and more. Residents enjoy caring neighbors, connecting through community events, and inviting social spaces. In addition to SOAR concierge services, TLC Properties also offer 24/7 maintenance and optional smart home support. Services and pricing vary throughout TLC Properties’ 55+ communities.
