- - When someone's looking for a home that offers a full-time resort lifestyle a lot of questions come up. Hi, I'm Bill Hasler, Stonebridge Village Property Owners Association, General Manager.

So the first thing that somebody looks for when they're wanting to buy is the location. The region, area that they want to live. In our case it's Branson, Missouri or the Ozark mountains.

When somebody's looking to purchase in an atmosphere like this, they're looking at what will they be able to enjoy and what will their restrictions be?

"The Once you've identified the lifestyle that you want and your location then you need to decide on a resort or a place that you'd like to build that meets your expectations. Stonebridge Village is unique in that we have multiple owner types.

We've got the full-time resident who has moved here to enjoy that lifestyle but then we also have the short-term renter or a lessee that also would like to enjoy that lifestyle while they're here. The second thing that people look for in a community like ours are, are there restrictions?

And because we do service separate types of owners and guests we have full-time owners who live here year round and then we also have guests who come on vacation. So we do have restrictions and our restrictions are set up to keep the beautiful pretty and to not hinder the resident or the owner in what they can do.

The third thing that people look for are what kind of amenities are offered like do you have a pool, is there food service? Do you have outdoor activities? Like golf, tennis, hiking, fishing, basketball. And is there a social aspect, do you have an Activities Director? Do you have an Activities Director that focuses on the owners and provides something for the owners to do on a regular basis? Those are the three things to look for when looking for a full-time resort lifestyle.
