Mentoring Millennials

“I think with the millennial generation, there is a misconception of just kind of flying by the seat of our pants, or we only take passion project jobs or things like that,” says Jenn Darden, marketing manager for Russell Cellular. Darden says it’s important for mentors to encourage millennials to try different processes to achieve the same results. She says millennials like to feel that their ideas are being heard and valued.
