“This is something that’s great to come to Springfield just because usually it’s in larger markets,” says Kala Russell, Tasting Coordinator at Missouri Spirits. The charity pop-up bar, which is open until December 30th, benefits the Child Advocacy Center. Many employees from other bars and restaurants have come together to help raise money for the event. Russell says it’s important to give back to the community and bring more exposure the the Child Advocacy Center.
