Mobile App Saves Service Business Fixed Overhead

Sean Brownfield, owner of Dapper and The Hepburn, says spending the money to create and app was one of his best investments. When he first opened, he was busy cutting hair, answering the phone and booking appointments by himself. Weighing the cost of the app against hiring a receptions made him realize it was the less expensive option. Brownfield estimates he’s saved $25,000 to $30,000 every year by having clients utilize the app.
