“If it doesn’t play on a mobile phone, you’re dead, period. Everything else is ancient history,” says Scott Opfer, President of Opfer Communications. Opfer says your business needs to be able to communicate, purchase, and even deliver customer service on a mobile compatible platform. “I think the mobile component has changed our space forever, which is a good thing,” Opfer says. A mobile friendly platform allows consumers to be more engaged with your business. “If they’re engaged in their phone, and you can communicate with them that way, you’re gonna win,” say Opfer.
