“It was just so wonderful for me, that I wanted to make sure that I had made an Intentional effort in my life to do that for others,” says Brandi Bartel, Executive Director for The Victim Center and one of Springfield Business Journal’s Most Influential Women for 2017. Bartel says she was fortunate to have been mentored by her predecessor, Nancy Berlin. She attributes much of her professional growth to having someone like Berlin to counsel and coach her.
