Endless Treasures Gifts & Collectibles
A veteran in the home health care industry ventured into retail with the Dec. 14 opening of Endless Treasures Gifts & Collectibles, 1309 E. Republic Road, Ste. A. Susan Haralson co-owns the shop with her husband, Shannon, via Endless Treasures LLC. She also is co-founder and co-owner of Premier Home Health Care Inc. Retail startup costs were around $25,000, she said, adding the couple is on a five-year lease for an undisclosed rate with building owner Gary Elmer. Products include antiques, home decor, furniture, jewelry, clothing, toys and food items, such as jams and jellies from Ozark-based Heather Hill Farms LLC. Prices for most items range $10-$30, she said. The two-employee shop fills about 1,500 square feet of a 3,300-square-foot space near Galloway Station Bar & Grill, she said. The remainder is to be filled by Premier Home Health Care, which she said soon will move its headquarters from 4145 S. McCann Court.

Double Jump Media
After four years in Missouri State University’s downtown Efactory business incubator, video production company Double Jump Media moved Aug. 3 to 601 N. National Ave., Ste. 117. Ben Clayton owns the company, which opened in 2014 and creates video content for businesses, organizations and advertising agencies. Marketing Manager Ally Jeppsen said Double Jump Media employs seven and occupies 3,750 square feet in its new office. The company previously had 900 square feet at the Efactory and needed more studio space, Jeppsen said. She declined to disclose relocation costs and the two-year lease rate with Brentwood Management Inc. Double Jump’s client list includes Walmart Inc. (NYSE: WMT), Expedia Inc. and Dairy Farmers of America, according to its website.

CoxHealth Nixa
Patients are being seen at CoxHealth Nixa, which opened Dec. 14 at 501 N. Old Wilderness Road. Dubbed a “super clinic” by CoxHealth officials, the $10 million, 30,000-square-foot, stand-alone facility offers primary and urgent care, physical therapy, and on-site radiology and lab services. The clinic was built on land CoxHealth purchased on U.S. Route 160, north of Highway 14. J.E. Dunn Construction Co. was the clinic’s general contractor, and H Design Group LLC and BSA LifeStructures Inc. served as architects. Kasey Klug is administrator for the clinic, which employs 30, said CoxHealth spokesperson Kaitlyn McConnell. CoxHealth Nixa replaces the former primary care clinic at 411 N. McCroskey St. The health care system also recently opened a similar clinic in Ozark, with additional ones under development in Monett and Republic.
