Planned Parenthood is planning to launch a mobile abortion clinic near the Missouri state line in southern Illinois.
The clinic is designed to increase abortion access in the Midwest and in Missouri, where the procedure is almost entirely banned.
It's the first mobile unit in the Planned Parenthood network.
