Report: Biden may quickly cancel Keystone permit

President-elect Joe Biden may cancel the Keystone XL pipeline permit as early as his first day in office, sources familiar with the matter told CBC News.

The permit cancellation reportedly is among executive actions planned on Biden's first day.

Biden previously announced plans to cancel the permit for the $8 billion, cross-border pipeline.
