A group of U.S. states led by New York are planning to file suit against Facebook for potential antitrust violations, people familiar with the matter told Reuters.
One source said more than 40 states plan to sign on to the lawsuit. The litigation could come as soon as next week.
It would be the second major lawsuit against a large technology company this year, after the Justice Department sued Google in October.
