St. Louis-based ophthalmology and optometry practice operator EyeCare Partners penned its largest acquisition to date.
EyeCare Partners is buying Cincinnati-based CEI Vision Partners in a deal that's reportedly worth $600 million.
Combined with CEI, EyeCare will have more than 280 ophthalmologists, 700 optometrists, roughly 5,000 clinical employees and 1,200 support services staffers.
