What do you do when you underestimate demand for your product on opening day? Jennifer Leonard and Curtis Marshall, co-owners of Tie and Timber Beer Company, figured it out quickly after running out of the beer at the grand opening of their craft brewery. “People say it’s a great problem to have and it’s a better problem to have than the opposite, but it still was a problem,” Marshall says. While they figured out a solution, it has caused a delay in other plans for the startup.
