T-Mobile US Inc. and Sprint Corp. reached new terms for their pending merger deal.
Through the change, T-Mobile owners will get roughly 11 shares of Sprint for each of their stock units. That's up from a 9.75 ratio previously.
Combined under the T-Mobile name, the company will have a regular monthly subscriber base of around 80 million. Comparatively, AT&T has 75 million subscribers and Verizon has 114 million.
