Take-Two Interactive to buy Zynga for $12.7B

Two video game companies are joining together in a $12.7 billion deal.

Take-Two Interactive agreed to purchase mobile gaming company Zynga.

Zynga is best known for its FarmVille series of mobile gaming titles.
