The University of Missouri secured a $1 million donation from Kansas City law firm Stueve Siegel Hanson LLP.
The donation comes in the form of two $500,000 scholarship funds for Black law students and future journalists.
The law firm in June donated $1 million for a similar scholarship at the University of Kansas School of Law.
