Grant recipients gather Jan. 29 at the Watershed Center to celebrate a combined $120,000 in funds from the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Five agencies – Better Life in Recovery, Council of Churches of the Ozarks, The Geek Foundation, Safe and Sober Inc. and Watershed Committee of the Ozarks – received between $20,000 and $26,190 apiece. Dubbed Collective Impact grants, the projects are intended to address red flags identified in the annual Community Focus Report.
