Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Missouri, second from left, joins President Donald Trump in the White House on April 24 as he signs the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act. The bill, passed unanimously in the Senate, replenish PPP funding by $320 billion and provides additional coronavirus relief for agriculture producers, and hospitals and health care providers.
