Media entrepreneur Byron Allen filed a $10 billion lawsuit against McDonald's.
The suit alleges racial discrimination in not advertising with enough Black-owned media outlets.
The litigation alleges McDonald's refused to do business with Allen's Entertainment Studios Networks, which owns several lifestyle channels, and the Weather Group, which owns The Weather Channel.
