Candymaker in search of chief candy officer, aged 5 or up

Posted online

Canadian sweets-maker Candy Funhouse, the country’s largest online candy store, is hiring its inaugural CCO – which stands for chief candy officer.

The job is open to North American applicants ages 5 and up, and it pays $100,000 per year in Canadian dollars to lead a team of what the company calls its “candyologists.” The CCO will also taste-test 3,500 different types of candy each month to determine if it is Candy Funhouse-worthy, according to the company. Some items manufactured there include Laffy Taffy, Sour Patch Kids, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Kit-Kats.

Remote work is permitted.
