Gage says the problem in trying to make a big difference is that it can throw off your work-life balance. He says need to take time away from your job to exercise, sleep, and enjoy your hobbies. “The balance, in my opinion, has always been necessary to run the marathon and sprint every once in a while,” says Gage.
