The U.S. Justice Department filed suit against SpaceX.
The suit alleges SpaceX engaged in "routine, widespread and longstanding" employment discrimination against asylum recipients and refugees, Quartz reports.
CEO Elon Musk on X said, "SpaceX was told repeatedly that hiring anyone who was not a permanent resident of the United States would violate international arms trafficking law, which would be a criminal offense."
