Missouri attorney general continues to sue school districts

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt on Monday announced nine additional lawsuits against school districts in the state with masking rules.

The new lawsuits add to 36 filed last week.

“As we’ve made clear from the beginning, the power to make health decisions for their children should be in the hands of parents, not bureaucrats,” Schmitt said in a statement.
