The bout over Medicaid expansion in Missouri is headed to court after Gov. Mike Parson withdrew the plans earlier this month.
A lawsuit filed late last week seeks to force Parson to fund Medicaid expansion on July 1, as approved by voters last year.
Parson's decision came after the Missouri legislature failed to fund the expansion.
