Negro Leagues Baseball Museum launched a $25 million capital campaign for a new building in Kansas City.

Plans call for a 30,000-square-foot facility that would incorporate technology, collections and artifacts.

The building site is where Andrew "Rube" Foster established the Negro Leagues in 1920.
