Paid family leave falls out of Biden’s bill

A paid family leave proposal is out of President Joe Biden's multitrillion-dollar domestic bill, The Associated Press reports.

The report indicates a billionaires’ tax also appeared scrapped.

Democrats reportedly are eying a new surcharge on the wealthy to help pay for what's now at least a $1.75 trillion package. The bill would provide funding for climate change, expanded health care and other initiatives.
