Redfin agrees to pay $9.3M settlement

Online brokerage and real estate services company Redfin has agreed to pay a $9.25 million settlement.

The proposed settlement would resolve claims against Redfin that U.S. homeowners were hit with artificially inflated broker commissions.

“Resolving this litigation now and removing uncertainty is in the best interest of the company, our employees and our investors," Redfin officials said.
