Red Lobster is considering filing for bankruptcy, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
The Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing would allow the company to restructure its debt, the sources said.
The sources also said Red Lobster has consulted with law firm King & Spalding in the discussions.
