Should an employee quarantine if they’ve had the COVID-19 vaccine?

New CDC guidelines state fully vaccinated individuals in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 will no longer be required to quarantine if it has been at least two weeks since their final dose of vaccine, it hasn’t been more than 90 days since the final dose of vaccine, the individual remains asymptomatic and they are not a resident of a long-term care facility.
