SRC Holdings Corp. announced the appointment of a new president to The Great Game of Business, its open-book management division.
Kristi Stringer, previously event strategist and business unit manager, was promoted to the role, according to a news release. Her LinkedIn profile indicates she took on the president position this month.
"Kristi’s business knowledge, combined with her tenacity, strength and love of 'The Game,' provides a perfect mix to lead GGOB into the future while providing the consistency needed for growth and sustainability," officials said in the release.
Stringer succeeds Darin Bridges, a 14-year SRC staffer who was hired for a job at Ridewell Corp.
Stringer returned to GGOB in 2013 after previously working at the company for five years starting in 1994. In between, she had stints with TPS Media Group and Webster Electric Cooperative, according to the release.
The owners of a Springfield catering business launched a new venture; indoor golfing venue franchise X-Golf Springfield swung into the Queen City; and CoxHealth Branson Hills opened.
