A Virginia Beach husband and wife have been sentenced to prison for a $31.8 million counterfeit coupon scheme.
Lori Ann Talens and her husband, Pacifico Talens Jr., were ordered to spend a combined 20 years in prison.
Lori Ann Talens reportedly sold fraudulent coupons online as part of the scheme.
