Project description: Willard Public Schools is adding a second intermediate school to accommodate fifth- and sixth-grade students. District Communications Director Whitney Burrell said Willard’s current intermediate school, about 15 miles away, is at capacity. It will be renamed Willard Intermediate School-North. “We’ve had a lot of growth on the south side of the district,” Burrell said, adding the new school could have up to 400 students enrolled in fall 2019. Paragon Architecture LLC is the project architect.
